Simply Ravishing

Just like what I said on my last post, I'm starting to get addicted wearing and styling skirts. So here I am flashing one of the skirts I got from BU6. The skirt's eccentric print adds more fun and flair to this outfit. Matched with a simple black top, wedges from Primadonna and a cross body bag to maintain a pretty and put-together look. Quite minimal but it does the job of having a casual and comfortable outfit day or night.

Transform a simple look by accessorizing. Add a necklace that compliments your top, and a matching watch and bracelet for your arm candies. And trust me, a Casio vintage gold watch wouldn't fail any given style. You work for five days a week, might as well look simply ravishing.

Plaid button down shirt worn with a pair of light colored chinos and boat shoes - simplicity at its finest. A simple button down shirt worn neatly can add to any man's overall appeal. Tuck it in nicely to have that sophisticated look.

And highlight your style with a brightly colored watch. Here's one from GD-100 series of G-Shock.

Hope you guys like it. Have a happy holidays. :)

Bloggers United 6

Yep, it's the 6th installment of Bloggers United and our second time to attend the event. And yet again, we weren't disappointed ( and surely didn't leave empty-handed). For those who haven't been to Bloggers United, it's a bazaar led by top bloggers across the country held twice a year. Here you can see your favorite bloggers and personalities sell their pre-loved items at a very reasonable and sometimes steal price!

Interact and get to know fellow bloggers and style gurus. Shopping is made easier this year since they partnered with World Bazaar Festival. It was fun filled day indeed. And it was nice meeting my influences in starting my own blog. Here are some of my photos with them. Don't forget to check out their blog too.

Since Christmas is just around the corner, why not wear something inspired by the Yuletide season - bright red skater skirt and a warm + cottony top. I admit, I'm becoming a fan of skater skirts this season. Very fashionable and easy to style with. It's a piece of clothing that naturally blends with any personality, trend and style. Paired it with an oversized printed sweater and my shoes from Primadonna. The print on this top just made it extra special and stand out.

And of course, this outfit wouldn't be complete without a touch of gold. This Casio gold vintage watch has always been my favorite. Then add a simple necklace and studded bracelet to complete the look.

He anticipated a lot of walking that day so he chose something comfortable to wear. Mahogany casual shorts paired with a light blue button down shirt and a classical pair of boats shoes from Milanos. I just love how these colors compliment each other. Accentuating the look with this very fashionable and functional Aztec belt, and hyper blue watch from G-Shock's GA-110 series.

Can't wait for Bloggers United 7. Hope to see you guys there. :)

KC

Birthday Blast

Yours truly just turned 23 last November 16th. 2013 has been a very good year to me. It's the same year I started this blog thingy, and I'm glad to what I have accomplished, shared and gained along the way - specially the people whom I've known thru blogging. Truly I have a lot to thank about. Indeed, it's been a year full of blessings and love.

We had a little celebration at Viking's - which we both consider as the best spot to spend your birthdays. Their free buffet birthday promo is a real steal! Just present a valid ID and tag one of your buddies and the celebrant get to eat for free. Now talk about a real birthday treat.

I chose to go with a simpler and carefree look that day. A cool white top over a black skirt and pair of ballets flats. Trendy, chic and flirty combined. What I love with these skirt is their ability to create an illusion of a slimmer hips and waistline. If you're the type that is aiming for that look, then its about time you get yourself one.

Kept my accessories and make up minimal with this gold vintage watch and bracelet combo and a red lippy - now this is my effortless take on the versatility of a skater skirt.

Now he chose to have his Rambo - look on! Camo shirt over a pair of white skinny jeans, and black leather boots. Traditionally utilized in the military, this print has gone along way and has been a staple street flavor. Edgy, masculine and never gets old.

Another year has gone by. We had a blast and he made it more special. Looking forward for another year loads of fun and infinite happiness. :)

KC
